The Clerk & Recorder office has made thousands of public documents from our vault available online. ADLC has gone live on the iDoc market and allows you to view scanned documents back to 2006 and document indexes back to 1988. Additionally, our office is working to expand the scanned image inventory to 1999 within this fiscal year.
The Clerk and Recorder office maintains the official records of the City and County of Anaconda-Deer Lodge including property transactions such as:
County budgets, vouchers, and warrants approved by the County Commission and Budget Committee
The County Clerk and Recorder also serves as the local government’s Chief Financial Officer.
