Code of Ordinances

Purpose

 The purpose and intent are to provide for an Anaconda-Downtown Urban Renewal Agency and appoint an Urban Renewal Agency Board of Directors for Anaconda-Deer Lodge County to administer the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Downtown Urban Renewal District.

Grant Applications

The Urban Renewal Agency (URA) Board will review applications monthly until funds have been exhausted during each county fiscal year. The URA Board Administrator may contact the applicant with questions from the URA Board  or request more information. Applicants will be notified of their award status within 45 days of submission.            September 2022 Updated Urban Renewal TIF Application.
